Mark's Work Warehouse was founded in 1975 and is part of Canadian Tire Corporation. For me, this store is a bit expensive to buy clothes from compared to the brand quality. I was not completely satisfied of the price tags on different items such as construction clothes, t-shirts, shorts, jeans, and etc. One thing that I really like about this store is the steel shoes they offer for work. For example, when I got a job at Walmart I was required to wear the steel shoes which look like dress shoes. I looked everywhere for that kind of shoes but was unable to find them. I Asked my friend and he recommended me to go to Mark's Work Wearhouse. Therefore, I found the shoes and it was within a reasonable price. Even though I may not be a little satisfied with pricing; However, I would still recommend this to my friends or others who are looking to buy construction related clothes or other items.
At Canadian Tire my
second section after the Automotive is to go to the Sports & Recreation
section to buy anything from bikes, weights, workout machines, camping
equipment’s, and etc. I am satisfied with everything I buy from there for my
everyday need or say seasonal needs. Also, if anyone would ask me where they
can buy such equipment’s from, then I would recommend Canadian Tire to them
because their prices are reasonable. However, if not they would always do a price
match for a lot of items just like other retailers. Items get sold pretty fast
at Canadian Tire especially if they are on sale. The area I live in also has a
Canadian Tire within a walking distance. Therefore, I usually find what I am
looking. GREAT PLACE to buy sports equipment and other items I mentioned above.
The first gas bar opened in 1958 at Young and Church
streets in Toronto. Wow! I would not prefer any other gas stations anywhere but
the Canadian Tire gas station. I am totally satisfied with the service. Does
not matter where I am, I always look for the Canadian Tire Gas Bar just to fill
up my gas tank. Not only the best service but I also get the Canadian Tire
Money for every liter of gas I fill up. Therefore, I can use that money to buy
any items from Canadian Tire for free when I have enough. I have no complaint
against the gasoline provided for my car and I highly recommend the gas station
to all my friends and others.
The Canadian Tire
Financial Services was launched in 1995 where the Canadian Tire master card was
launched. For me personally this card is really good because I shop a lot with
my family and also from Canadian tire buying from small items to large. Every
time I use this card, I earn some points. This card is really good for me
because I am the type of person who likes to save up my reward points and buy
big items after from Canadian tire. For example, from my saved points I just
bought some weights which were about $30.00 each and I had enough points. Therefore,
I used them and basically got it for free.
Part Source for me is a really good store to go to.
They offer a lot of good services such as, do it yourself and also have
professional installers who provide you with step by step guide if you want to
learn how to do something for your car. I'm extremely interested in cars and I
try to fix everything myself for my car; it is really a good help for me and
also I find all the items I need. With the help of professional installers I
have managed to gain a lot of knowledge about different parts and tools as well
as learning how to fix many things for my car. They offer really good price and
as well as do a price match if I provide them with a flyer. Also, on top, they
give me an additional 10% off when I buy any tools or items from them.
One of the main program Canadian Tire launched in 2005 was The Jumpstart to help families in financial need get their children involved in approximately 78 sports and recreation by covering their costs for registration, transportation and equipment's. Canadian Tire Jumpstart receives donations and sponsorships from a wide variety of sources where anyone can make donations from young kids to old adults. I Personally support the Canadian Tire Jumpstart program and would donate anything I can towards the Jumpstart program because I believe in helping others and giving a hand to people in need. I realized that the sports we enjoy playing in our lives not everyone has that and if I contribute and make a donation I know that I am doing it for a good cause and providing help to kids who love to play sports but cannot.

the name of John W. Billes and Alfred J. Billes with a combine savings of $1800
at the corner of Gerrard and Hamilton Streets in Toronto. Canadian Tire is one
of the biggest retailers in Canada with 475 Stores across the country, to the
point that it even has its own money called the Canadian Tire Money. Customers
can save this money and buy items from any Canadian Tire store. Like many other
stores which have been sold to U.S. such as Tim Horton’s; Canadian Tire is the
only store that is wholly owned by Canada. It is also an example of an
organization which almost faced a serious crash but was brought back up. It has
many competitors such as Home depot, Wal-Mart, and many more retailers.
Canadian Tire also took the initiative to open a first Canadian Tire Gas Bar in
1958 at Young and Church streets in Toronto. Canadian Tire also supports many
foundations such as The Canadian Tire Jump Start, as well partnership with the
racing company Nascar. Canadian Tire has total of five businesses which are
Canadian Tire Retail, Part Source, Canadian Tire Financial Services, Canadian
Tire Petroleum, and Mark's Work Wearhouse.
